The care we provide is the next best thing to you being at home with your pet. Since you know your pet best, you determine how many visits will best meet your pet's needs.

Really Happy Pet Visit are available for 60 minutes Happy Pet Visit are available for 30 minutes Pet sits generally occur between the hours of 6:30 am — 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 pm — 7:00 p.m. Dogs generally receive two visits per day with 12 hours between visits. Clients generally request one visit per day for cats, birds and reptiles but we can visit as many times a day you would like. These may occur any time of the day unless requested otherwise. Dogs, like humans, need their daily dose of exercise to stay healthy. Mid-day dog walks are your dog's time for exercise, love, attention, and of course...relief! This option is great for all dogs, especially those with: Owners whose schedules require that they leave their dog in the house for long periods of time. Puppies that are being house trained. Older dogs that need more frequent breaks or medication. Mid-day Walks — are available for 30 to 60 minutes in length and occur when you are in town but unable to return home to care for your pet over the noon hour. These visits occur generally between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Happy Pet Visit (30-40 minutes for exercising and meals)	$22.00

Pricing includes up to two pets, each additional pet is $3.00 per visit. Prices may vary depending on care required. After Hours visits will be charged a surcharge are hours are 6:00 am to 7:00 pm.	$3.00
Last minute visits (less than 48 hours) may be available. A 25 % surcharge does apply, please call for availability.
24/7 In - your - home care (per day)	$135.00

We are busiest during the holiday periods and often are fully committed prior to holidays. We strongly suggest that you make reservations at least 45 days in advance of major holidays. These policies and fees are subject to change from time to time as necessary. OC Pet Companions reserves the right to make exceptions to policies when prudent. We thank you for your understanding and compliance with our company policies. Cancellation Policies Our cancellation fee will be determined at the time you cancel. Once you have booked our staff we will not book any other clients for that time frame. Consequently we cannot re-book our staff and you will be charged the following cancellation fee. All visits that are cancelled will be charged their 25 % non- refundable deposit. Current Clients that use OC Pet Companions weekly will be charge the price of the next visit. Return Early Policy One you have booked our time we reserve our staff exclusively for you and cannot recover that time with a new booking. We offer no refunds or credits for early returns. Vacation clients will be required to pay a deposit of 25% due upon booking your pet care services. The balance of the bill will be due one week before the sit. Changes to Bookings If for any reason you need to change your reserved pet sits there may be a 10% fee added.

Payment Payment is required one week before your departure unless other arrangements have been made. We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and personal checks. Our office must receive payments, as our sitters do not accept payment. You will be emailed a confirmation/invoice that will detail the upcoming visits and the amount due. You may mail a check to our office or via PayPal using the link within the email confirmation/invoice. For mid-day clients, we email your confirmation/invoice approximately one week in advance of the upcoming month (i.e. emailing the invoice April 24th or 25th for May’s visits). This way you will see all the dates we have for you for the upcoming month should you need to cancel or add dates you will have approximately one week to provide.
